With Batalyse Mind you can streamline your inventory management with QR-codes. Effortlessly access, add and update supporting information, documents and observations for your chemicals, machines, and specimens by scanning QR codes, making inventory management a breeze.

Every newly created product, specimen, and resource entry in Mind automatically receives a QR-code. After saving the entry, you can directly access and print a label to attach to the corresponding chemical, specimen, or resource. When you scan the QR-code from a system logged into a Mind account, you are automatically directed to the corresponding entry in Mind. From there, you can update or add information, such as a change of the lab, documenting observations, or accessing documents like safety data sheets and manuals.

If you scan the QR-code as an external user without access to Mind, you’ll receive non-editable predefined information authorized by the Mind admin. This feature allows you to easily transfer parameters of a specimen or experiment documentation to another external scientist simply by forwarding the QR-code.
